Return policies

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within one day from the date of purchase at one of the branches in Jeddah or Riyadh, provided that the purchase invoice is presented.

  •   Products without a barcode, products with special storage conditions, cosmetics, or maternity clothes cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.  
  • If the product arrives damaged or does not match the order, the company will bear all fees and will refund the full amount, including delivery fees, within 7-14 business days.  
  • If the order is canceled before delivery is notified, a full refund including delivery fees will be given within 7-14 business days.   
  • In the case of a cash return, the points earned from the purchase will be deducted from the account
