- To our dear customers outside Riyadh and Jeddah:
- Expect your orders to arrive within 72 hours of ordering time.

Return policies
- Products can be returned or exchanged within one day from the date of purchase at one of the branches in Jeddah or Riyadh, provided that the purchase invoice is presented.
- Promotions (such as 1+1, 2+1, or discount on the second pill) must be returned in full.
- Items must be in their original condition without alteration.
- Damaged or used products cannot be returned.
- Products without a barcode, products with special storage conditions, cosmetics, or maternity clothes cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- If the product arrives damaged or does not match the order, the company will bear all fees and will refund the full amount, including delivery fees, within 7-14 business days.
- If the order is canceled before delivery is notified, a full refund including delivery fees will be given within 7-14 business days.
- In the case of a cash return, the points earned from the purchase will be deducted from the account
